This 100% Garnacha wine is sourced from Terres dels Alforins in the D.O. of Valencia, Spain and is the latest example of Anciano's success at creating high quality value wines from indigenous grapes. Young and brightly red in colour, the nose is generous mixture of red and black berries. The palate is smooth and soft with red currant and blackberry flavours. A lush finish with hints of spice. Pair with pulled pork, lamb chops w/ mint sauce, spiced dishes, and mature cheese. Fermented in steel before a portion is aged in oak for 7 months.
