Saskatoon (13.5% ABV) and Pyment (16% ABV) are then co-fermentations of Ryan's Estate honey and fruit. Our Saskatoon mead, like Traditional is dryer and Pyment sweeter; the dryer meads are geared more towards the dinner table, while the sweeter more toward dessert.
