The concept of Morality can give rise to various interpretations and in Quebec, it has a historical link with alcohol. Certainly, we are using an immoral amount of hops from a clever blend of Simcoe, Citra and Centennial. The result is a dry, aromatic and slightly resinous finish reminiscent of tropical fruits and revealing a sharp bitterness. La Moralité was born out of a collaboration with John Kimmich of The Alchemist brewery in Vermont.
